A read-only server of the Model Context Protocol that returns published dental cost research for the United States: cash bands by state, city and nationally, what Medicaid paid per claim line, official Medicaid fee schedules, adult Medicaid dental rules and low-cost care routes. It is free to use and needs no account.
The figures are observed market research and public program data, each with its source and period. They are not a quote from any dentist, not a statement of what an insurer or Medicaid will pay for a given person, and not medical, dental, coding, insurance or financial advice. A dentist's estimate and the person's own coverage documents decide what a treatment costs. Real Dental Costs does not recommend dentists, clinics or insurers.
Figures are checked against their sources and dated. They can still be wrong or out of date; a figure without a source at a given level is reported as missing instead of being estimated. Please report a wrong figure through the support page.
Do not send personal or health information in tool arguments, do not overload the server, and do not present its figures as a quote or as advice. Reuse of the underlying open datasets follows the licence stated on each dataset page of realdentalcosts.com.
The service is provided as is, without warranty, and may change or stop. Breaking changes to tool names or schemas are announced at least 30 days ahead in the release notes of the repository and by email to integration contacts who asked for it.
